TradePlaybook is the simple all-in-one CRM for a shop that sells a job and then has to do the work. The lead, the estimate, the invoice, and the calendar live on the same record, so the office and the crew are not keeping two versions of the day.

It is a sole proprietorship owned by Jakeob O'Very in Grand Junction, Colorado. Jakeob runs a roofing company. He built TradePlaybook for that work, and for the other trades that run the same loop: a call comes in, someone walks the job, a proposal goes out, and a crew needs the address.

Roofing playbooks ship first, including retail reroofs, storm claims, and repairs. HVAC and plumbing starters are in the same product. A remodel or a solar crew can use the same board.

Pricing is public. Solo is free, Crew is $149 a month, Pro is $299, and Trade Master is $497. The first 50 paying companies can take 40% off for life. A new workspace includes 14 days of Pro. Texting and QuickBooks are coming soon.
